The Exchange Hotel offers a variety of function areas of which to hold after parties, celebrations, product launches, fashion exhibitions through to Birthdays, cocktails and drinks. We are one of Sydney's most unique venues capable of handling any size function. Incorporated in the Exchange Hotel building are such venues as Q Bar, 34B, Vegas Lounge, Spectrum, Phoenix Bar and our own VIP Lounge, all of which are available for hire.

Our team of dedicated management, bar and floor staff offer years of professional experience handling such events with clients; Spin Communications, Big Day Out after party 04,05 and 2006, HomeBake after party 2007, Mojo Advertising Agency, Australian Fashion Week, Shock Records, Foxtel, Telstra Big Pond, Tropfest, Triple M Xmas Party, FHM Magazine and H/Bloc Productions, just to name a few......

All of the above functions were conducted with the strictest of privacy and were not open to the general public or media, as you can imagine all these events had celebrities and well known media personnel present.

All our security in accordance with state legislation are licensed and trained in first aid. The number of guests attending your event will determine the number of security needed. Any security needs can be tailored.

Beverage and catering packages are available to suit all needs. Prices are subject to change and availability . Quotes are available on request and are free of charge.
